CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY – USERS

This cancellation policy governs your use of the MobiCom PlatinumClubNet platform and/or its related internet and web components (the “Platform”). In the event you avail of any of MobiCom’s services on the Platform (“Services”), or any services (“Third Party Services”) from third party service providers (“Service Providers”), including request for access to the Clubs and/or booking of private event venues, at Platinum Clubs (“Clubs”) on PlatinumClubNet, you agree to adhere to the following terms governing cancellations:

  1. CANCELLATION BY THE USER 

If you cancel any confirmed bookings, reservations etc., associated with any of the Services rendered by MobiCom on PlatinumClubNet for any reason whatsoever, the following terms on refund of the amount paid to MobiCom including the Fees as per the executed Terms of Use Agreement, shall apply:

REFUND

More than 30 (thirty) days in advance from the date of such Service 

  1. 100% refund of amount paid towards Services to the Clubs or Third Party

Within 30 (thirty) days in advance from the date of such Service 

  1. 50% refund of amount paid towards Services to the Clubs or Third Party

Within 15 (fifteen) days from date of such Service 

No refund.

 

All refunds will be credited within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of cancellation, subject to the terms and conditions of the payment gateway and banks used. All refunds shall be made against the account/card through which booking was made.  

  1. CANCELLATION BY THE CLUB OR SERVICE PROVIDER(S)

If a Club cancels your booking, you shall be entitled to a 100% (One hundred percent) refund of the amount paid by you to MobiCom, net of actual bank charges incurred by MobiCom towards payments/remittances processing. 

If any Service Provider (other than a Club) cancels your booking for any Third-Party Services, all terms in relation to any cancellation or processing of refunds shall be in accordance with the policies of the respective Service Provider. Cancellation terms for such Third-Party Service shall be communicated to you at the time of booking. MobiCom will not be responsible for any refunds payable by the Service Provider. If applicable and subject to the Service Provider’s policies, you may receive alternate options for provision of Third-Party Services that may be available, and in such instance, any payments made by you may be adjusted towards the alternative services.

  1. PROCEDURE FOR CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS OF BOOKING

Please email us at support@platinumclubnet.com. for cancellation related queries. Our team will help you process the request for cancellation as well as address any queries you may have on refunds. 

In the event you would like to modify your booking/reservations etc., for any Services or Third Party Services, please email us at support@platinumclubnet.com. Modification of bookings may be permissible, subject to the relevant terms of such service and any fees payable, as laid down by MobiCom or the Service Provider as the case may be. In such instance, any payments made by you may be adjusted towards such alternative services. 

  1. CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION

You will be entitled to cancel your subscription within 30 days of subscription or its renewal, as applicable. However, an amount of $15 will be deducted from the towards payment processing and bank charges associated with the receipt of subscription and the subsequent refund. Please note that your subscription cannot be cancelled after 30 days from the date of subscription or its renewal.
